in other words, they were not required to put stamps on their mail, just their
signatures; can you beat that?
George Washington did it, so why shouldn't Barry Goldwater,
Senator John Glenn, Gary Hart, Daniel P. Moynihan,
Orrin Hatch or Dan Quayle, do likewise.
