Here is a group of documents ( mostly medical records with many discharges etc. ) dated from the end of World War II to the early 1950's all with strange hand stamps that refer ( presumably ) to the United States Space Program - Experimental Nuclear Lab at Roswell, New Mexico

The area was popularized by nuclear physicist Stanton T. Friedman, who was one of the original investigators of the infamous and controversial crash of an alien-driven spacecraft near Roswell, New Mexico. There are many testimonials and eyewitness accounts of these mysterious events of 1947. Interestingly enough the early work of the 20th-century American physicist, Robert Goddard, and his experiments with rockets also took place in this region and paved the way for NASA's space program
