From the West Shore Railroad Co. ( now defunct ) come these
well-illustrated $20 bond denominational clips ( DBC's for short ). The
front depicts a lovely maiden with an anchor and the reverse shows two
great transportation vignettes; a locomotive engine and the Hudson River
steamer call the Newburgh, with a waving American flag. Each has billowing
smoke stacks. All in very fine condition.
